Creative Creatures (Full Year 2024)
Classes: Thursdays (school term days only) 3:00pm - 4:30pm
Location: Birkdale Intermediate School - Art Room
 
Our Art Teachers are experienced teachers and Art teachers who focus on independent learning, crafts and opt in projects per term. There will always be two teachers per session to ensure students are engaged in learning and creative projects.
 
Our team consists of: Whea B the BIS Visual Arts Specialist and Creative Creatures founder, Miss Powell a highschool trained Art Teacher, Miss Mitchell (currently on maternity leave) our craft specialist and Matua Zac an art enthuiast. 
 
Classes are open to students aged 9 - 14 years old (Including any previous Art student's that wish to continue and Year 6 students from surrounding Primary Schools).
 
As our art classes book out each term - it is encouraged to book as early as possible to secure your placement.

  • 1. Fees:

    a. ALL tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. FULL term tuition fee must be paid before the
    commencement of the class.

    b. NO refunds are given for missed classes for any reason. c. Fees on missed class MUST not be deducted from next school term tuition fee.

     

    2. Classes:

    a. No make-up classes as we cater for a set amount of students and work on a project by project basis.

     

    3. Before/After Sessions:

    a. Students should arrive/be collected (unless walking/bus home) - within 5 minutes of starting and finishing times.

    b. Please ensure your child knows when/where they will be collected by you, and have a way of contacting you.

    c. Creative Creatures is not responsible for the safety of children outside their class times. Purchasing a ticket confirms that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Creative Creatures for the kids art classes.

     

    Please note photographs and videos of students may be used to promote and celebrate success in our Creative Creatures whanau. These may be used on social pages, email marketing and on our website. If you would not like your child featured please request their photo 'not' to be taken.
